The CP33 is an adjustable liquid chemical injector; it injects a precise amount of chemical over a specific period of time.

The CP33 does not use electricity. It runs off of water flow, and can work with system flows from as low as 12 gallons per minute, to virtually unlimited water flow.

The versatility of the CP33 is due to in part to its unique Injection Control Panel which provides a visual indicator of the injection volume allowing for dynamic adjustment to the injection volume.

While the CP33 runs off of water flow, it only uses a portion of the overall flow for power. This limits pressure loss within the water system and also allows the treatment of very large volumes of water. In fact, the CP33 is exceptionally suited to injecting very small volumes of chemicals into large volumes of water!

Durable and rugged performance
The CP33 is field-proven to be highly reliable and rugged. The CP33’s diaphragm water motor is unaffected by small particles in the water flow, such as sand, which scar pistons damaging competitive injectors. Also, the CP33 injects chemicals into the water flow downstream of the injector. Chemicals never enter the water motor, precluding it from chemical damage.

Simple to install
Chemilizer injectors are simply installed using standard plumbing parts that are easily obtained from most hardware or plumbing stores. Chemilizer also sells installation kits, ensuring you have everything you need to get the job done.

Quick and easy maintenance
Typical maintenance does not require tools! General maintenance involves the chemical pump which is easily removed with a quick ¼ turn. Otherwise, Chemilizer has a nationwide network of Factory Authorized Repair Centers to assist you.

Options
The CP33 is available in five configurations, each providing a unique range of injection volume. The range of injection volume is determined by the combination of the Injection Control Panel and the Chemical Pump, which is furnished with either Viton® or silicone seals. The desired range of injection volume and the Chemical Pump seal material is typically determined by the chemical(s) to be injected.
