Guidelines for Authorized Repair Centers

The purpose of an Authorized Repair Center is to have qualified, technical assistance and repair available to customers in regional areas.

Why be a repair center?
Being knowledgeable about the products we sell is very important. After-the-sale service is the prime reason why customers are either satisfied or dissatisfied with their purchase experience. It is also why they return again for other purchases. Whether you are already doing repairs on our products or are considering starting, the training we offer is designed to give the most in-depth knowledge available to fully understand the product and to do repairs correctly.

What does it cost to become a repair center?
A one week training class is offered at Chemilizer Products Inc, Largo, FL. The class is free; however, there is a pre-registration deposit of $150, which is returned upon completion of class. Not included are lodging, transportation and food. A certificate will be awarded following successful completion of the class.

Warranty repair
As an authorized service center, you are qualified to make warranty repairs. Chemilizer will replace any parts needed to make the repair. Also, Chemilizer will credit you a dollar amount value for the time it takes you to do the repair. This credit can be used to purchase additional parts.

Week long classes are scheduled four times a year.
