Greenhouse and nursery growers have an expanding arsenal of tools to help grow healthy, marketable plants. Looking to increase branching? Enhance flowering? Retard growth? The market for plant growth regulators, biological agents and fertilizers is exploding.

However, using these tools is not an exact science. Each time an additive is used, some amount of trial and error is invariably expected. Mix the variables of water, light and temperature with the variables of the growing media, and throw in a little luck. Then monitor your results. And tweak. And monitor your results again. And tweak some more.

pH Control
Is the pH of your water source creating nutrient deficiencies in your plants? Are high mineral concentrations causing damage?

I am very pleased with the five Chemilizer fertilizer injectors I have. My oldest one has been in use since 1994. These injectors are simple to maintain, are unaffected by sand or grit in the water, and are accurate every time. I use one of them solely for injecting ph adjuster with no problems. If someone is in the market for a reasonably priced, accurate, and durable injector, I recommend the Chemilizer HN55. I would rate them as one of the best investments I've ever made in my greenhouse business.
